Prestigious Global Law Firm Diversity & Inclusion Manager Position can be in NYC or DC office Salary: $125K - $175K Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote per week Prestigious Global Law Firm is searching for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager in the NYC or DC office. This position has a firmwide presence and manages and leads implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives and objectives. The Manager supervises both the diversity & inclusion team. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or JD preferred. 3+ years of experience in a diversity & inclusion role in a law firm required. 2+ years of supervisory experience required. Proven experience developing and implementing innovative diversity & inclusion programs and events that support cultural and talent development outcomes.
