We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Tech Lead to join our team. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions. Oversee integration with AWS services like Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and Amazon Kinesis. Provide technical guidance and mentorship. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of contact center solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve AWS-related technical issues. Implement security best practices to protect data. Stay updated with AWS technologies and industry trends. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 8+ years in software development and cloud computing. Extensive experience with AWS, especially Amazon Connect. Knowledge of AWS services including Amazon Lex, Lambda, S3, Kinesis. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience with IBM API Connect or creating and integrating REST & SOAP APIs. Proven leadership in technical projects and teams. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. AWS certification required. Skills
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or JavaScript. Knowledge of API security mechanisms like OAuth, SAML, JWT. Understanding of cloud architecture and best practices. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. The company does not support STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsements for this role. Compensation
The annual base pay range is $126,160 - $189,240, based on market analysis and individual performance. Compensation includes potential bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
