Studio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Director to lead our new client's team of architects, engineers, and designers. As a key member of our leadership team, the Studio Director will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our studio, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Requirements: 10 + years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design management Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong business development skills, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Proficiency in design software and technology, including BIM and project management tools Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field LEED AP or other industry certifications Experience with sustainable design and energy-efficient building practices Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies Compensation: $110,000 per year
