Location: Stamford, CT and New York, NY About the Role
The Finance team at Point72 is seeking a high-performing, versatile team player for the Finance Rotational Program. This 18-month program involves rotating through various groups within the Finance team, including: Corporate Accounting Financial Planning Financial Analysis Hedge Fund Accounting & Asset Allocation Fund Reporting Private Investment Accounting Payroll & Portfolio Manager Compensation Key Responsibilities
Manage complex processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and preparing financial statements. Implement new techniques and direct projects to improve financial reporting, accounting, and forecasting processes. Present analytical findings clearly to guide action plans. Collaborate on day-to-day needs including month-end close processes and preparing investor risk reports. Learn from senior finance team members and experts in the hedge fund industry. Gain a deep understanding of hedge fund operations related to reporting, accounting, analysis, and compensation. Required Experience
2-4 years of professional experience in public accounting, asset management, corporate finance, or a relevant field. Strong Excel skills for enhancing and streamlining processes. Experience in tackling complex problems and building financial & analytical models. Ability to work closely with senior management and guide projects. Adaptability to handle ongoing changes in business needs. Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to ethical standards. Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonuses and benefits.
