Job Description About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a respected Florida-based law firm to find a talented Labor & Employment Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex employment matters while enjoying flexibility and growth. What You’ll Do · Advise clients on employment law issues including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and termination. · Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. · Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents. · Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counsel on labor relations. · Stay current on federal and Florida labor laws to ensure client compliance. What We’re Looking For · Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school · Active Florida Bar license · 3–7 years of labor & employment law experience · Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Bonus Skills · Experience with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and NLRA matters · Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus · Public and private sector experience preferred Perks & Benefits · Competitive salary + performance bonuses · Health, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k) with employer match · Professional development support · Flexible work arrangements Ready to Apply?
