client company’s

commercial teams, with a focus on market access, customer contracting, trade relations, government price reporting, and patient support initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with evolving pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and supporting critical business functions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary legal advisor for market access initiatives, providing practical and timely guidance. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements with payors, PBMs, wholesalers, pharmacies, GPOs, and other supply chain partners. Provide legal guidance on manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs (e.g., co-pay assistance, PAPs, reimbursement services). Ensure

client company’s

compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, federal and state pricing laws, PhRMA Code, and FDA guidelines. Serve as legal representative for promotional review committees focused on market access materials. Monitor and communicate key legal and regulatory developments to relevant business stakeholders. Identify and mitigate legal and reputational risks across assigned client areas. Collaborate on the development and implementation of legal policies and training initiatives. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of a state bar. Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including at least 4 years advising pharmaceutical clients. Strong working knowledge of FDA regulatory law, fraud and abuse regulations, and/or government price reporting. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
