Opportunities for personal and professional growth Collaborative and supportive team environment Constant learning and development The Associate Partner / Junior Loan Officer is responsible for assisting the Loan Officer with originating, processing, and closing residential mortgage loans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Loan Officer / Senior Loan Officer in collecting and analyzing the consumer’s financial information. Assessing the customer’s financial circumstances to determine loan eligibility. Reviewing loan application packages for completeness and accuracy. Identifying missing items needed for processing under supervision. Maintaining regular contact with clients, referral partners, and CMG Mortgage to update on application status and gather additional information. Preparing information requests such as credit inquiries or address discrepancies for review and signature. Utilizing knowledge and experience to solicit, originate, and facilitate processing and closing of loans. Qualifications and Experience Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under time constraints. Heavy computer usage. Standard office environment with typical equipment. Partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Open to overtime to complete tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Physical and Environmental Conditions Work in an ADA compliant office environment with typical office equipment. Flexibility to work overtime is required.
