Job Description
T-Rex is looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineer 3 to work on a program in the Ft. Meade area in support of the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
Apply systems engineering principles throughout the system's life cycle: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interact with the Government on technical considerations, problems, issues, or conflicts. Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables across multiple ISO/IEC15288 process areas, including Requirements Definition, Architectural Design, Implementation, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, Disposal, Project Planning, Assessment, Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration, Information, and Measurement, as well as Enterprise and Agreement Process Areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited university and six (6) years of systems engineering experience OR a High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience.
Experience with Data flow NiFi development, Tier 2-3 support, Kafka.
Active and transferable U.S. government TS/SCI clearance with FSP security clearance is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000, subject to factors such as experience, education, skills, and market considerations.
