Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or similar fields in cyber security. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Cloud Security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles. Experience in security architecture or security developing. Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges. Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis. Address intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions. Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours. Communicate with and support LATAM customers in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
