Job Description About the role :

This role seeks a high-performing, self-driven Senior Product Manager to lead downstream marketing activities for imaging solutions related to LAAC. The solutions will focus largely on CT and ultrasound imaging, spanning software, hardware, and services. The role requires effective collaboration and communication across the broader team, various cross-functional and cross-divisional partners, the US sales team, key physicians, and strategic partners. A high degree of clinical and technical aptitude, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Responsibilities will include : Utilizing research, data, and analytics about the market and the product to inform product and commercial strategies. Identifying key market access barriers and working with cross-functional partners to improve adoption and speed to market. Facilitating successful account launches and tracking key launch metrics. Communicating launch progress, updates, and key information to leadership and the sales team. Developing segmentation, positioning, and messaging to communicate value effectively to stakeholders. Building promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives with marketing and medical education partners. Building relationships and driving alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners. Collaborating with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure a coordinated plan to meet revenue, profit, and product forecasting goals. Developing a robust understanding of the portfolio, LAAC procedures, and relevant clinical evidence to present at tradeshows and in-person visits. Engaging key customers through visits, focus groups, and other services. Supporting marketing and other functions with annual planning and budgeting. Required qualifications : Undergraduate degree (BS / BA). 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications : Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Strong leadership skills and the ability to articulate a launch plan and influence stakeholders and leaders. Prior experience launching medical device or imaging products is preferred. Strong communication and execution skills with initiative. An entrepreneurial spirit capable of operating independently. Experience building relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Natural curiosity and insight-seeking tendencies. Ability to challenge the status quo, think differently, and predict customer needs. Success in team leadership, fostering enthusiasm, commitment, and trust. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
