We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others! Our hotel offers dining, beverage outlets, and event spaces for receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and internal guest services, providing great exposure for our venue. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team of passionate associates. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage costs, and sequence of service. Micros experience is a plus. The candidate should have a hands-on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Essential Functions
Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets. Supervise kitchen staff, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates, providing guidance, support, and counseling. Train associates in food preparation, seasoning, presentation, sanitation, and other necessary skills. Assist in scheduling, evaluating staff, and managing personnel. Maintain open communication with management and staff. Handle disciplinary actions when needed. Provide staff with necessary tools and equipment. Address problems promptly in the kitchen or restaurant. Participate in staff meetings, BEO meetings, and inventory reviews. Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food is served efficiently across outlets. Assist in all areas of food service and hotel operations as needed. Oversee events and banquets as required. Benefits
