Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma: Implement and promote lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, and quality. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree : in industrial engineering or a related field. Proven experience : in industrial engineering, including project management and team leadership in an automotive or heavy vehicle vertical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
