Complete Description: The Client is seeking a qualified Grants Management Systems Analyst to work with the High Impact Tutoring (HIT) team. The analyst will support grants management and monitoring for grants providing high-impact tutoring to students across DC, focusing on at-risk students and those affected by COVID-19 disruptions. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance on federal grants administration, financial monitoring, grant reimbursement, and operational planning. The ideal candidate will have a technology background and experience with grants management systems. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of financial and programmatic monitoring, federal reporting, grant reimbursements, and operational planning for the HIT grant. Provide technical assistance to subgrantees, overseeing grant routines such as reimbursements and monitoring. Oversee and execute grant monitoring frameworks, including virtual and onsite visits, and draft follow-up reports and corrective action plans. Manage grant reimbursement processes, review reimbursements for compliance, and maintain tracking data. Collaborate with the Client team to improve grant management processes. Use research skills to identify program issues, analyze problems, and develop recommendations for improvement. Support projects aimed at enhancing grant management, monitoring, and fiscal tracking.
