What You Will Do:
The Sr. Product Line Manager leads innovation projects with the Innovation director, collaborates on athlete kits in apparel, and explores new market spaces. The role requires inspiring cross-functional teams, providing leadership from brief to commercialization, and ensuring key milestones are met. The Sr. PLM will work closely with Design, Innovation, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. How You Will Make a Difference:
Partner with the Innovation director to incorporate athlete insights into new products. Work with Sports Marketing & wear testing to gather elite athlete feedback. Mine consumer insights to inform product development. Bring expertise in performance footwear. Communicate future product directions and collaborate across teams. Partner with Merchandising to develop apparel for athletes and new consumer silhouettes. Lead collaboration projects, identify new partners, and ensure premium product execution. Develop strategic plans and multi-year roadmaps based on market insights. Create compelling product presentations to communicate vision. Work with global teams to set SKU productivity and margin goals. What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum 7+ years in a product-related role with a strong understanding of performance footwear, team leadership, consumer insights, and business acumen. Skills include line planning, strategic vision, leadership, storytelling, and the ability to work in ambiguity. Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally. What We Offer:
