Overview
Amyx is looking to hire a Cybersecurity Project Manager. This position will serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government in support of the Defense Logistics Agency. Majority of the work will be at the Government facilities located at DLA Land and Maritime, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio; Ft. Belvoir, Virginia; or HDIFC, 74 N Washington Ave, Battle Creek, MI. Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the specific task order, ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. They will perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces with other functional systems. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Project Manager needs an understanding of the following: Participate in 24x7x365 monitoring of SIEM and other cybersecurity tools to detect and respond to threats. Protect, monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to unauthorized activities. Employ cybersecurity capabilities and deliberate actions to respond to alerts or threats. Review logs for trends indicating attacks or compromises. Monitor logs and traffic for Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and slow attacks. Maintain awareness of threats using intelligence resources including OSINT. Provide technical analysis and support for cybersecurity tools and applications. Assist with applying defense-in-depth signatures and perimeter controls. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity (>$5 million over 5 years). Six years of general IT experience. Six years of cybersecurity experience. Risk Management Professional (RMP) credential. PMP or equivalent. Knowledge of RMF. Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance; eligible for IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3). For CERT Analyst duties, a DOD Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 (T5). Baseline Certification for IAM III at onboarding; one
