General Manager
to join the team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual capable of leading a team, fostering collaboration, and achieving goals. The General Manager will have the opportunity to impact operations significantly and contribute to the company's growth as an industry leader. Why Tennessee? Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize profitability and efficiency in meeting branch and regional goals. Managing and developing sales representatives, including reviewing and approving equipment sales. Meeting with target customers and maintaining relationships to support sales proposals. Controlling branch expenditures to meet budgetary requirements. Education, Skills & Knowledge:
Previous heavy equipment experience required. Degree in Business/Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. 4-7 years of supervisory experience. Experience selling directly to end customers in a retail environment. Reliable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship and customer service. Strong team orientation, excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
