They are seeking a Software Engineer to work on AI/ML projects within the Health Intelligence organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative health-related products and experiences. Responsibilities: • Develop LLM/AI agent tasks in conjunction with research scientists, utilizing internal libraries (e.g. OneTwo). • Develop and maintain evaluation pipelines and methodologies for testing various qualities, such as accuracy (and tone/factuality in the case of LLMs). • Deliver agents into the testing environment and enable the larger team to interact with them. • Work with Research Scientists to understand current state-of-the-art methods for working with LLMs and various tools to improve outputs. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 2 years of experience with software development in Python programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting. • Experience with Large Language Models, NLP, or Generative AI. Preferred: • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting. • Familiarity working with internal Google libraries for LLMs. • Interest in health and wellness and how devices can help users further their goals.
