In this position as

AI Solutions Technical Product Manager , you will

lead strategy and product requirements for

Networking and Fabric Technologies

within our

AI Solutions

portfolio. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our AI solutions leverage the most advanced and effective networking and interconnect capabilities to meet the performance, scalability, and reliability demands of next-generation AI workloads. You will identify new growth areas, technologies, and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business. You will: Drive Product Strategy

for networking and fabric technologies across Dell’s AI solution offerings, aligning with Dell and Partner AI and infrastructure roadmaps. Gather and analyze customer requirements , pain points, and use cases through direct engagement with enterprise customers, field teams, and partners/Conduct

market research and competitive analysis

to inform product positioning, differentiation, and roadmap decisions. Understand

technology trends and standards

in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and emerging fabrics relevant to AI workloads and large-scale GPU clusters. Translate business and technical insights into

clear, actionable requirements and epics

in

Jira Align , maintaining a prioritized product backlog. Serve as the

voice of the customer and market

throughout the product lifecycle/Participate in

solution validation

and benchmarking processes to ensure end-to-end solution quality and performance. Understand technology direction that will impact fabric strategy such as distributed inferencing/Evangelize product capabilities internally and externally, supporting technical marketing and sales enablement. Essential Requirements

12+ years of experience in

product management or technical leadership

roles in infrastructure, networking, or cloud-based solutions Strong understanding of

data center networking, high-performance fabrics, and AI infrastructure Proven ability to convert business strategy and technical insight into detailed product requirements and backlogs Experience using

Agile development tools , particularly

Jira Align , to manage and track product requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for both technical and business audiences/Experience working with

cross-functional global teams

and in matrixed organizations Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred Prior experience with AI/ML frameworks and infrastructure deployment patterns (e.g., NVIDIA DGX, HPC clusters, containerized workloads) Familiarity with

Dell Technologies' AI and infrastructure portfolio

is a strong plus/Experience with customer-facing roles and driving technical discussions with enterprise clients Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
