The Director of Professional Services will oversee client engagement management, thought leadership, and team-building. Develop and execute clinical business initiatives to maximize client investment in Altera's products, driving revenue growth through impactful services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite clients, understanding their business needs to position Altera as a strategic partner. Design and offer services tailored to clients' unique business needs, including strategy sessions and decision-making facilitation. Provide thought leadership to expand product offerings and client solutions, ensuring quality in project execution and deliverables. Collaborate with senior management to support strategic and tactical plans to meet revenue targets, managing a team of experts, setting goals, and establishing performance standards. Success after the first year will be measured by achievement of revenue and headcount goals. Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 15+ years relevant experience (preferred) Proven ability to attract top talent and build profitable healthcare consulting businesses, managing client demands P&L management experience 10+ years leadership experience, including within a business sub-unit (preferred) Up to 30% travel may be required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong market knowledge and operational strategy skills Experience translating customer requirements into business solutions and positioning products effectively Leadership in organizing, developing, and motivating teams Facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Customer service orientation with ability to develop trusted C-level relationships Salary Range: $145,000—$155,000 USD.
