Our Investor Relations team in Boston seeks a Product Support Senior Associate to support the Global Private Equity Group. Responsibilities Include:
Develop and oversee marketing collateral, including pitchbooks, investor reports, fund profiles, and website content. Communicate investment strategies and fund updates internally and externally. Coordinate with the global distribution sales team on product positioning and client engagement for fundraising. Collaborate with private equity deal teams across Europe, Asia, and North America for portfolio updates and strategic decisions. Write investment commentaries on strategy, performance, and markets. Prepare and monitor competitor analyses. Respond promptly to client and prospect requests. Plan investor meetings with the sales and investment teams. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, accounting, and operations teams. Qualifications:
Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from a reputable institution) and successful work experience. 5+ years’ experience in investment management, consulting, banking, or private equity. Experience with private equity funds. Self-starter with ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and teamwork skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and understanding of financial statements. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Series 7 and 63 licenses; if not held, successful hire must complete tests within 90 days.
