Machine Learning Engineer

- Apply algorithms to our business to improve customer experience, create operational efficiency, and enable our workforce. Make recommendations on the best algorithms to use for different use cases. - Test, validate, and deploy algorithms into production-ready status. Ensure models maintain explainability to support decision-making and assess their impact on the business. - Collect appropriate data for predictive modeling and algorithm development. - Collaborate closely with business intelligence and data engineering teams to deliver on projects.
