Position Overview

International has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advocate Project Manager to join our team!

This cross functional role has the opportunity to work closely with business units across the organization that support International's Truck and Bus production and delivery goals. This role will work collaboratively with Sales, Finance , Engineering, Purchasing, Production Planning, and our CRC (Customer Responsiveness Center) teams to ensure that our trucks and busses are built and delivered on time. The candidate will be be able to apply established standards, resolve a wide range of complex problems of diverse scope, including problems where a precedent may not exist, while selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage key supply constraints that affect International's truck and Bus production goals by leading coordination. efforts with the Command Center on production and/ or customer impacts.

Ensure that supply risks are communicated effectively to senior management.

Participate and support in meetings where known supply risks have been identified. Track and manage projects. Update supply risk workbooks.

Support OTD's goal of a firm 90-day production stability objective.

Partner with engineering and purchasing on finding suitable replacement options/solutions to mitigate supply risks.

Work with CRC (Customer Response Center) to provide truck/bus builds at risk to offer alternative solutions.

Communicate and work with the Sales to provide guidance and advance notification of supply issues.

Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement initiatives. Develop best practices.

Improve usage of analytic tools, (Power BI Dashboard enhancements) to support International's production plans of S13

Engine and E-Vehicle launches

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 6 years of materials management or supply chain experience

At least 3 years of leadership experience

OR

Master's degree

At least 5 years of materials management or supply chain experience

At least 3 years of leadership experience

OR

At least 10 years of materials management or supply chain experience

At least 3 years of leadership experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Strong in Excel and able to work with complex spreadsheets

Commercial vehicle technical experience a plus
