A few details about the role: Provide direct patient care by following care plan directives and assisting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring residents. Assess residents' needs and safety by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nursing staff. Collaborate with nursing team members to accurately record vital signs and maintain records of activities of daily living (ADLs). Implement standard precautions and infection control measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess and verify that residents' needs are being met. Here’s what you need to apply: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population. Certification as a nursing aide is required by state regulations.
