We’re seeking a Project Manager with a passion for public infrastructure and the vision to lead both projects and people. This is more than a technical role—it’s an opportunity to grow a team, build client relationships, and play a key role in the strategic direction of our office. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a wide range of civil engineering projects that serve cities and counties across Texas—water and wastewater systems, parks, roadways, drainage, and more. You’ll lead internal teams, serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, and help guide the long-term growth of our public infrastructure practice. Key Responsibilities: Manage municipal civil engineering projects from planning through construction Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers Serve as a primary client contact, building long-term relationships and trust Support office-level planning, resourcing, and business development strategies Oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, and quality control Prepare proposals, contracts, and Statements of Qualifications Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence across all deliverables What We Offer: A clear path to office or practice leadership for those ready to take ownership Purpose-driven work that directly supports Texas communities A 100% employee-owned environment with a collaborative, team-first culture Opportunities for mentorship, business development, and long-term growth The chance to shape not just projects—but the future of our firm What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Licensed P.E. in Texas – required 6+ years of relevant experience in public infrastructure design and delivery Strong understanding of permitting, design standards, and agency coordination Proven leadership, team management, and client-facing communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to quality and accountability Seniority level
