We are seeking an experienced and driven Trial Attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be courtroom-ready, possess excellent advocacy and case management skills, and be comfortable handling cases from intake through verdict. You’ll work closely with our legal team to pursue justice for clients and contribute to the firm’s continued success. Responsibilities: • Serve as lead counsel on personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters • Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement • Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials • Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members • Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing •
Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience

proven track record of first-chair trial experience
(jury trials strongly preferred) • Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills • Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team environment • Deep knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence • Passion for representing injured individuals and delivering justice Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonus • Serve as lead counsel on personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters • Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement • Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials • Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members • Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 per year
