Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for new head and neck cancer patients, offering personalized care coordination and facilitating follow-up care. Play an integral role in reconstructive surgeries related to head and neck cancer, facial paralysis, and skin cancer. Participate in cutting-edge treatments, including medical and cosmetic laser applications, providing opportunities to expand your expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncology, neurosurgery, dermatology, and occupational therapy, to provide holistic patient care. Receive hands-on training for complex head and neck cancer care and advanced reconstructive surgery. Mentorship from experienced surgeons in head and neck surgical oncology and reconstructive surgery.

Minimum Qualifications Physician Assistants: Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited or NYS-approved PA program. Board Certification. NY State Physician Assistant License. Current (or eligible) NY State DEA license. BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification (if applicable). At least 4 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in cosmetic practice or oncology is beneficial but not required. Candidates with empathy, organizational skills, and a passion for patient care are especially encouraged. This position is ideal for Physician Assistants aiming to build expertise in reconstructive surgery and head and neck oncology. ACLS and PALS certification (if applicable).

Other Requirements Excellent clinical skills in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Ability to work independently and efficiently, maintaining patient confidentiality and interacting with all staff levels. Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, with initiative and creativity.
