We are expanding our services and seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and lead the growth of our aesthetic/med spa services. Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant who is passionate about the aesthetics field to work in a collaborative, patient-centered, boutique-style environment. The ideal candidate will provide in-office aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and consultative services. Responsibilities Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, skin treatments) Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Build rapport with patients and maintain exceptional care standards Educate patients on skincare products and post-treatment care Collaborate with the medical director and aesthetics team to ensure compliance and best practices Assist in promoting and growing our med spa offerings Qualifications Current California PA license in good standing Prior experience in aesthetic medicine or completion of certified training in injectables Warm, professional bedside manner and strong communication skills Self-starter with interest in helping grow a thriving med spa practice Availability 1–2 days per week (with potential for full-time as demand grows) Perks Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses Flexible schedule and opportunity for growth Beautiful Newport Beach location Supportive and innovative team environment
