Branch Manager
in the Southeast, based in Albany, GA. Responsibilities Forecast weekly activities, analyze factors affecting results, develop strategies, and complete one- and three-year plans. Assist in developing the company’s long-term plans and facilitate weekly decision-making processes. Participate in interviewing, hiring, managing employee performance, conducting appraisals, and disciplinary actions as needed. Engage in ongoing employee education through in-house or external programs, meeting minimum hours per level. Share resources across branches as needed. Represent the company in the local community and industry organizations. Provide leadership to the branch, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline OR Journeyman background. Minimum 10 years’ experience in contracting, engineering, or construction management. Management experience with 5-10 team members. Strong safety attitude and personal integrity. Effective customer service skills. Experience in electrical or construction fields preferred. Ability to conceptualize and apply practical solutions. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and career aspirations. Decisive and proactive communication skills. Trustworthiness with customers and employees. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually Bonus/Commission: None Seniority level
