Major Purpose Of This Job:

The Program Management Associate contributes to the overall success of the product development team by managing tasks associated with releasing new and revised programs. Product Launch Contributes to the system build of new and revised programs for use by reviewers and clients.

Ensures standard sets and instruments are built in AccreditNet. Participates in quality checks of standard sets and instruments. Participates in the completion and quality check of program set up in the information technology system. Communicates with IT any issues during the build or program set up.

Develop and post program artifacts for internal and external use.

Develops standards-at-a-glance and standards only for each program. Develop the initial guide, crosswalk, and FAQs for each program. Posts all program artifacts to the appropriate folders on SharePoint and in other information technology systems.

Ensures all Validation Review Tools and Agendas are created and posted appropriately

Works with the Product Principal and A&CS SMEs to develop an initial Validation Review Tool. Develop the tracking table to Validation Review Tool review cycles and suggested updates.

Document Management Contribute to the review and revision of program materials.

Develop project plans for internal and external program management projects. Develop initial project plans for Principals at the start of a new or revised project.

Posts and manages documents used by URAC internal departments.

Runs and posts the monthly active clients report. Posts, updates, and ensures accuracy of all program files on SharePoint. Verifies accuracy of document management systems.

File and track copyrights for program documents.

File copyright applications for program documents. Track and document copyright filings and certificates.

Experience, Knowledge, And Skill Requirements: Willingness to learn new technologies to enhance job performance. Strong attention to detail and document editing skills. Ability to prioritize work tasks and successfully meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with individuals internal and external to the organization. Education And Training Requirements: BS or BA degree. Education or training in technical writing skills. Certification in project management (preferred).
