EverTrue
EverTrue Living (EverTrue), headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks an experienced, innovative, and mission-driven leader to serve as its next Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is an exciting time to join a premier Lutheran faith-based senior living organization that is focusing on growth and building upon its current best-in-class services for older adults.
EverTrue is a non-profit multi-site senior organization that is ranked 11th on the 2024 Ziegler LeadingAge 200 Report. The organization includes 12 Life Plan Communities and 10 Affordable Housing Communities. Each of their 12 Life Plan Communities offers independent living with an array offering assisted living, personal care, memory support, skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. EverTrue's communities are located in Pennsylvania, Illinois and Missouri. EverTrue also provides a spectrum of services to assist older adults in their homes, including in-home private duty, professional therapy services, homecare, home-health, palliative care, hospice, and PACE program services.
This highly respected organization is financially strong with operating revenues of approximately $365 million and nearly $770 million in assets. EverTrue is supported by a dedicated team of approximately 4,080 full-time employees who provide exceptional care and services to residents of all faiths across communities in Missouri, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
The COO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will serve as the senior executive for all operational and management activities related to the 12 Life Plan Communities (LPCs) and affordable housing communities, and potentially EverTrue's Anywhere Care services and PACE program. The COO will partner closely with the CEO and EverTrue's corporate leadership to develop and implement strategies and operations related to the continued growth of the organization. In partnership with the CEO and EverTrue's leadership team, the COO will assess potential acquisitions that are aligned with EverTrue's mission and strategic plan. The COO will lead post-integration efforts for newly acquired communities. The new COO will support EverTrue's collaborative culture and build trust with leaders at all levels of the organization. Modeling leadership values and advancing transparent communication and high integrity are key priorities for the new leader.
The next COO will prioritize resident, client, and team member engagement, superb quality and innovation in a growth environment. The successful candidate will have deep operational and leadership experience gained in a multisite senior living organization. The COO will lead a committed and experienced team that is aligned with EverTrue's mission, vision and values. The new COO will be a visible, engaging executive who leads with unwavering integrity and has a true passion for the residents and the dedicated staff who serve them.
