Our Singapore office is seeking a passionate and driven Project Director to lead multiple business lines, optimize team output, and collaborate with leadership on team and process improvements. Here's where you come in. Highly organized, motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with experience in agency project management, especially in social and digital marketing. Ability to develop and implement effective portfolio processes and operations. Experience with digital videos, social content, and complex projects. Strong leadership skills to build relationships, communicate ideas, and guide teams and clients. Partner with department and business leads to manage brand portfolios and lead Project Managers. Manage large-scale portfolios, collaborating with senior leadership on priorities and processes. Oversee financial aspects of projects and portfolios, including budgets and client negotiations. Mentor and train Project Managers, supporting their growth and team dynamics. Improve team processes, maximize operational efficiency, and nurture cross-functional relationships. Provide strategic oversight on marketing and advertising projects, including budgets, plans, and scopes. Lead client discovery, scoping, and onboarding, supporting the first 100 days of engagement. Your Experience 10+ years in agency project management, with digital and social project experience ranging from $10K to over $2M. Ability to collaborate across departments like Client Service, Strategy, Creative, and Production. Calm, problem-solving approach with understanding of platform guidelines, legal, and advertising regulations. Passion for team leadership, mentorship, and developing junior talent.
