company, is looking for a results-driven, high-performing professional with 2+ years of experience applying progressively responsible and in-depth Administrative and Project Management principles, concepts, and practices to serve as a Program Analyst – Coordination & Space Logistics for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Resource Directorate. This role will be based fully onsite at the client’s Washington, DC location. This will be a part-time role. Support the space and logistics activities of the Office of the Under Secretary. Manage space platform Archibus to assign space within the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Transportation, requiring communication, understanding policies impacting space, reporting, and tracking. Support logistics related to space operations and other operational activities. Assist with outreach activities such as program partnering, information sharing, and recruitment through social media, presentations, workshops, public talks, and visits like job fairs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in administrative and project management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of administrative processes related to space coordination and logistics for organizations over 250 personnel. Knowledge of programs related to building architecture and space management, including federal standards for space coordination. Ability to conduct research on outreach needs, trends, and issues. Skills in promoting organizational goals through internal media, social media, and visits. Experience in coordinating with organizations on projects or events. Ability to organize community events and educational visits to promote the Department’s agenda.
