This independent Critical Access Hospital is seeking a full-scope Family Medicine physicianincluding surgical obstetricsto join a collaborative team in a community that values relationships and work-life balance. With modern facilities, a supportive care team, and a flexible schedule, you'll practice medicine the way it was meant to be.
Position Highlights •Design your practice around your interests: full-spectrum Family Medicine including Surgical OB. •Join a respected clinic serving the region for over 80 years. •Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek, just 1:10 call, and 7 weeks PTO. •Moderate patient volume and 30-minute visits allow for meaningful connections. •Work in recently updated facilities with dedicated nursing staff, strong admin support, and your own exam rooms.
Compensation & Incentives •Guaranteed base salary up to the 75th percentile; production bonus available after year two. •Negotiable sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, $10K annual CME stipend, and student loan repayment. •Full suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, and a standout retirement plan.
