This position is in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Engineer. This role serves as a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) administrator responsible for developing solutions or recommended courses of action to address the needs of system users, managers, and stakeholders. You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

For the GS-09: You must have the following: Specialized experience: Candidates for the GS-09 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service that demonstratesall of the following: Working knowledge of the use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) for building and construction projects (i.e. e-builder, Kahua, Aconex, Oracle Univer, ProjetTeam or equivalent software application). Assist senior analyst with user support. Troubleshoot non-technical issues. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR Combination of education and experience:An equivalentcombinationof the specialized experience and the graduate-level education described above. For the GS-11: You must have the following: Specialized experience: Candidates for the GS-11 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lowerGS-09 grade level in the Federal service that demonstratesall of the following: Broad knowledge of the use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) for building and construction projects (i.e. e-builder, Kahua, Aconex, Oracle Univer, ProjetTeam or equivalent software application). Provide user support and training. Troubleshoot technical and/ornon-technical issues. Develop reports and documenting workflow processes. OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combination of education and experience.An equivalentcombinationof the specialized experience and the graduate-level education described above.
