PROJECT MANAGER/ENGINEER Salary Range: $95,000 - $155,000 Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) , named a “Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For,” is a consulting firm with a team of engineers, planners, and other related design professionals. We are actively seeking to add a talented, experienced-level Project Manager/Office Lead to our Surface Transportation Team. This role will support growth initiatives in Kentucky and provide opportunities to face new challenges within a larger transportation group. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with municipalities, county highway departments, and state transportation agencies across all locations. Work on diverse transportation projects including rural highways, city streets, and multi-modal trails. Develop and implement performance-based safety countermeasures during feasibility and planning studies. Leadership opportunities available. Assist clients in developing project ideas, funding plans, and implementation strategies. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer license. Experience with roadway/highway geometric design, drainage, transportation planning, and/or traffic engineering. Knowledge of principles and practices related to infrastructure project planning, location, design, and construction. Previous project leadership experience preferred. Proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and/or Civil3D. Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work and lead within a team environment. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Who is CMT? CMT
