NPI Engineer (Semiconductor MNC/ East)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process at the plant level Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure smooth product and packaging launches Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to support assembly operations Manage and maintain data in the SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP systems Understand and assist with server and rack assembly processes Support packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies Lead or contribute to Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases Participate in ISO audits, both internal and external Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to NPI or process engineering Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight Strong project management and organizational capabilities Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style Wecruit Pte Ltd | 20C0270 Tew Jie Wei | R22106822
