We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor of Production Test Engineering to lead our production test engineering team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the development, implementation, and maintenance of testing procedures, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production testing processes. Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production test engineers and technicians; conduct regular meetings; set performance objectives; encourage innovation. Production Test Management:

Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of testing procedures; ensure tests follow protocols; review test plans and reports; analyze data; oversee Environmental Stress Screening; resolve testing issues. Technical Oversight:

Provide guidance on complex testing issues; oversee equipment maintenance and calibration; evaluate new testing technologies; stay updated on industry trends. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare reports; maintain accurate records; ensure documentation is organized and current. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with suppliers and other departments; communicate with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of RF Microwave testing and equipment. At least 3 years in production test engineering, with 2+ years in supervision. Proven leadership in managing test projects. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with industry standards including AS9100. Ability to obtain and maintain US export compliance and security clearance. Preferred: Experience with automated testing systems and data analysis tools. Certification in Quality Assurance or related field. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Salary Range:

$120,115 - $148,377 annually, with potential bonuses. Salary may vary based on location, education, and experience. Benefits
