The Strategic Initiatives Analyst will work within the Investment Platform COO Function, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across various investment functions. Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to scope, structure, and execute strategic initiatives. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and stakeholders. Support the COO and leadership team in driving operational efficiency and platform scalability. Required Experience
1–3 years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or a similar role. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Understanding of global capital markets and a keen interest in the investment process. Excellent business writing, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
