We are seeking a Project Manager. Main duties: Support pre-sales activities for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team. Assign and supervise team tasks, managing assignments, vacations, and absences during projects. Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget. Handle change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts. Provide project progress updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager (CSM). Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees. Alert operations management of potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans. Monitor all project documentation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Lead project demonstrations for clients. Resolve issues arising during project implementation. Maintain client relationships and pursue customer satisfaction. Ensure project objectives are achieved, evaluate project outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Distribute customer satisfaction surveys post-project. Identify potential Up & Cross-Selling opportunities within accounts. Lead team retrospectives and internal process improvements. Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills. Experience needed: At least 5 years in project management roles. Over 3 years participating in end-to-end CRM implementations. Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.). Intermediate to high level of English proficiency.
