This team manages system-to-system application delivery to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. They oversee project schedules, risks, scope, and budgets, and ensure operational teams and vendors understand client requirements. About the Role

The Senior Implementation Specialist is the primary technical resource for insurance carriers, involved in designing, developing, and integrating automated system-to-system product ordering applications. This customer-facing role focuses on ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction for assigned clients and products. Applicants near Alpharetta, GA are expected to follow a hybrid schedule, working in-office three days a week (Wednesday and Thursday required). Applicants outside Alpharetta or in other states may be considered for remote work. Responsibilities

Manage daily interactions with multiple clients, ensuring internal teams understand project objectives, removing roadblocks, researching issues, managing priorities, and coordinating implementation plans. Proactively guide customers through their development lifecycle, sharing project and product knowledge and best practices for data use. Establish connectivity, configure systems, conduct workshops, and educate customers on data product outputs in XML or JSON. Be solution-oriented, making customer efforts seamless. Monitor results, communicate fluctuations proactively to leadership. Facilitate customer training and workshops for technical and business audiences, including C-suite. Understand the insurance industry, products, systems, and processes. Gather requirements, propose solutions, communicate progress, set expectations, and resolve issues. Represent LexisNexis confidently at meetings, conferences, and events. Some travel may be required. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field. Insurance industry or technical implementation experience is a plus. 5-8 years of customer or implementation management experience. Knowledge of XML, SOAP, Web Services, SFTP, JSON, or related technologies. Curious, proactive, and accountable. Leadership in product or process improvement initiatives. Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate effectively. Customer management skills and experience creating presentations. Benefits
