Job: Sr. Network & Systems Security Analyst
Pay: $55/Hr - $58/Hr
Contract Term: 9/1/2025 - 2/27/2026 - 6-month Contract
Shift: M-F 9am - 6pm
Location: Onsite Tampa, FL
Work Authorization: USC or GC ONLY
Scope:
The Network & Systems Security Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting network, server, and storage infrastructure. This role also ensures all network security controls are in place according to IT Security policies and guidelines.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related IT discipline (MIS).
Certifications:
REQUIRED:
At least 1 associate-level and 1 senior-level certification from the following: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). PREFERRED:
CCNA, VCP, CISSP, or MCSA.
Experience:
3-6 years of related hands-on experience with Windows servers, VMware, firewall support, Storage Area Networks, Cisco Networking. Less experience may be acceptable with a Bachelor’s degree and less than 6 years. Ability to support existing server and network infrastructure. Intermediate knowledge of network or server infrastructure. Supports technologies such as switching, routing, DNS/DHCP, Windows Active Directory, VMware, hardware installation and maintenance, firewall support, and cybersecurity best practices. Responsibilities:
· Plan, design, and implement network, server, and storage infrastructure based on project requirements and capacity planning.
· Troubleshoot server and network issues, escalate problems, and perform repairs following the OSI model.
· Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve server and network problems (30%).
· Implement: Install and configure hardware/software adhering to security standards (40%).
· Design/Plan: Small project design and planning (20%).
· Lead/Consult: Lead projects, provide consulting, and cross-train peers (10%). #J-18808-Ljbffr
