This position is based in Livermore, CA, within the Heart Failure division. As the Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead and manage the healthcare cash posting process within Revenue Cycle Management on EMR, including leading payor EDI enrollments and lockbox communications. This role supports the company’s financial and strategic goals while managing day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, training, developing, and managing on-shore and off-shore teams. What You’ll Work On
Lead and manage healthcare cash posting and lockbox activities, including transactions with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and third-party payors on multiple EMRs and applications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, including HIPAA. Oversee payment review processes, insurance payment compliance, and payer requirements. Support audits and financial reviews, maintaining high ethical standards. Set up EMR systems, implement payor and billing rules, troubleshoot large 835 transaction issues. Experience with EMRs like Brightree, Xifin, Epic, Cerner, etc. Maintain general ledger, perform financial analysis, reporting, and cash posting management. Understand healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer regulations, and compliance; NY CDPAP or FMS/self-direction experience is a plus. Provide updates to leadership on revenue cycle performance and KPIs. Lead, evaluate, and develop the team of cash posting professionals. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 13 years of relevant experience. Experience in revenue cycle management, cash posting, and reconciliation. Preferred Qualifications
