Summary of the Role The SVP Senior Wealth Advisor, Team Lead manages a book of business while championing direct sales and client retention efforts of others. Wealth Advisors will report into the Team Lead. Under the direction of the Head of Calamos Wealth Management, the Team Lead will implement tactical sales activities, and engage in coaching and coordinated brand expansion efforts to drive results and desired outcomes for the business. Primary Responsibilities Proactively leading tactical sales activities from new and existing clients using consistent CWM established metrics/dashboard. Collaborating with practice leaders (e.g., Chief Wealth Strategist, Chief Investment Officer) to drive positive outcomes for the business. Be outcomes driven and execution/activity driven for Wealth Advisors within the region. Pipeline management, weekly/monthly check ins, week-to-week direction to drive local sales, wallet share and client retention outcomes for the region. Running sales meetings and client/prospect/COI events in the region. Holding Wealth Advisors accountable with consistent methods to drive outcomes. Training and development and select issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required in business or other related discipline. MBA preferred. Series 65 license required. CFP or other related certification preferred. 20+ years investment industry experience with a focus in the high-net-worth marketplace. Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and an excellent client service aptitude and attitude. Including excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have comprehensive industry and product knowledge. Must have ability to counsel/advise sophisticated investors in all areas of high-net-worth services. Must be able to work well in a team environment with the ability to learn new tasks quickly. PC Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM and client account database applications. Compensation Disclosure The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Please note that this is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of posting. The base salary range may be adjusted in the future.
