Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: 1st shift
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFPs, and other sales-related materials within customer-defined deadlines. Ensure proposals align with customer needs, company standards, and negotiated terms. Maintain and update sales and customer data accurately in Salesforce. Support the sales team with Salesforce activities to drive business growth and excellent customer service. Assist other company functions by resolving issues and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education/experience 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively Attention to detail and commitment to quality Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong prioritization skills
