About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support the Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) profile maturity assessment tools within our Cybersecurity Governance and Information Protection organization.

The senior analyst will support the Cyber Risk Institute maturity assessment team, performing the following tasks:

Support tooling being built for CRI (Power Apps, Archer, Argon, etc.)

Build additional automation workflows and maintain existing automation workflows

Partner with stakeholders on reporting build out

Support ongoing maturity assessment work validation exercises, Risk Assessable Units (RAU) alignments, veritas and sharp analysis alignments to diagnostic statements

Develop CRI documentation.

In this role, you will:

Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Cybersecurity policy, processes and standards

Perform maturity assessment review of policies, controls, and issues

Support CRI authoritative source alignment to Technology Regulatory Adherence Dashboard

Provide guidance and direction in reviewing maturity assessment findings with subject matter experts

Help support Power Apps no code/low code application

Help develop CRI team documentation and procedures

Support domain alignment of CRI observations and recommendations

Help coordinate subject matter expert discussions

Partner to develop reports and provide business requirements for Cybersecurity dashboards

Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, controls, metrics and evaluate alignment to CRI diagnostic statements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internal customers across Cybersecurity and Technology organizations

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with security or maturity assessment frameworks

2+ years of experience with PowerApps suite

2+ year(s) of experience one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling in an information security environment, information technology environment, or a combination of both

Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards

Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management

Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security

Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure

Job Expectations:

Ability to work onsite in the office in a hybrid model.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
