Work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations to innovate. Key Responsibilities Drive Market Expansion:

Identify and develop new business in U.S. Conventional & FDM channels. Build Strategic Partnerships:

Develop relationships with brokers, distributors, and stakeholders. Lead Sales Strategy:

Create data-driven plans to increase market share and support sales success. Champion New Product Launches:

Collaborate on promoting new innovations, including our heart health product. Deliver Financial Impact:

Analyze opportunities, manage risks, and support profitable growth. Stay Ahead of Trends:

Monitor market intelligence to keep Bio-K+ competitive. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or CPG. Experience with distribution partners and brokers. Existing relationships with target retailers are a plus. Proven success in driving growth and building relationships. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. “Hunter” mindset with passion for innovation and wellness. The typical salary range is $123,859–$213,784 annually, based on experience, education, location, etc. Kerry offers benefits like comprehensive health plans, incentives, stock purchase options, and retirement contributions, subject to eligibility.
