There is an immediate career opportunity available for a Complex Proposal Manager (CPM) within the Petrochemical Business located in Rosemont, IL, USA or Bracknell UK. The primary role of this position is to provide project execution management for large, integrated Refining & Petrochemicals complexes in which multiple Technology Sales teams are engaged. In addition, this role will provide support for our Naphtha to Ethane (NEP) technology that is currently in commercialization phase. Key Responsibilities

There is an immediate career opportunity available for a Complex Proposal Manager (CPM) within the Petrochemical Business located in Rosemont, IL, USA or Bracknell UK. The primary role of this position is to provide project execution management for large, integrated Refining & Petrochemicals complexes in which multiple Technology Sales teams are engaged. In addition, this role will provide support for our Naphtha to Ethane (NEP) technology that is currently in commercialization phase.
The CPM manages projects across a global customer base, from early development phase through to successful award of complexes to UOP. You will provide both internal and external consultation and coordination to ensure Honeywell teams develop a winning and bankable set of proposals. The CPM will lead the effort in ensuring that the proposed complex is optimized for Sustainability, low carbon intensity, and minimum Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions while adding the most bankable value to the customer.
Accountabilities Of This Position Include
Work closely with Sales, Solution Development Leaders, Senior Business Leaders, Technology Mangers and Sales across all Refinery & Petrochemical lines of business to drive prospecting and early project development for integrated complexes. Drive the complex wide sustainability strategy to ensure the lowest carbon intensity with minimized scope 1,2, and 3 emissions and local environmental impact. Project manage the execution of technology proposals for integrated complexes. Improve UOP’s win probability of complex projects through high quality early engagement with the customer. Grow UOP’s share of the project to maximize UOP share of customer wallet. Work with the Integrated Project Solutions (IPS) team to develop value-added alternative solutions and proposals. Participate in key customer meetings including ITB and proposal clarification meetings, to ensure proper project execution. Participate in key internal meetings (Yield estimate review, engineering deliverable review, etc) to ensure consistency with the complex strategy Lead the project specific sales strategy for complex projects to support and shape our technical solution. Own and execute the Executive Summary and complex-wide Value Proposition sections of complex proposals. Develop the Managing Licensor offer. Lead development of FEED services offer.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in Refining and/or Petrochemicals, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field. Prior experience in commercial sales, technical sales, or engineering Ability to travel globally up to 20%.
