Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, Information Systems or related field.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in working in Development roles JAVA development/DevOPS experience (6+ years) - Spring Boot, microservices development with related DevOPS experience (Docker, Kubernetes, ELK/EFK, GitHub, Jenkins). Familiarity with AWS services preferred. Full stack developers are preferred. Exposure to or hands-on work with AI technologies, especially: Generative AI tools or models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.) gentic AI systems (AI agents that can plan, reason, or act autonomously)

Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java backend development, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient applications that power our core business services. This role requires proficiency in backend technologies alongside solid frontend skills to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and related technologies. Build scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs that integrate with various frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Implement database schemas and optimize queries for SQL and NoSQL databases. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of the microservices ecosystem. Develop and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality. Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments, monitor system health, and optimize performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the technology stack. Follow Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups. Document technical designs, API specifications, and operational procedures.
