Technical Business Analyst
who brings the perfect balance of
domain expertise ,
technical proficiency , and
stakeholder collaboration
to deliver strategic solutions in a regulated, high-stakes environment. What You'll Do Lead product development
and
data strategy
for a new credit rating workflow application Gather and translate
complex business requirements
from credit risk and compliance teams into actionable technical designs Partner closely with business users, product owners, and engineering teams across locations (including offshore) Drive
process optimization
through insights, analytics, and system enhancements Ensure full alignment with regulatory expectations, internal audit needs, and risk frameworks Must-Haves 5-10 years of credit risk experience
in financial services (borrower ratings, underwriting, approvals, collateral models) Strong understanding of
credit lifecycle
and risk scoring methodologies Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders Hands-on experience with:
SQL
- querying, data analysis, reporting C# or Java
- foundational understanding of OOP concepts, interfaces, and basic programming structures
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams Nice-to-Haves Experience with
workflow platforms
or credit approval systems Background in
data modeling
or
enterprise application design Familiarity with
regulatory environments
