About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Frontend Developer who is passionate about building accessible, SEO-optimized web applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, maintainable components, perform seamless CMS migrations, and ensure thorough unit testing. You will be responsible for creating dynamic user interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, while also leveraging Wagtail and Python for backend content management and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Web Applications: Build scalable, performant, and maintainable web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. CMS Integration & Migration: Integrate with, manage, or migrate between different content management systems (e.g., Wagtail and potentially Sitecore), ensuring a smooth transition and consistent user experience. Accessible & SEO-Optimized Components: Craft user-facing components that adhere to accessibility standards and SEO best practices. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write high-quality unit tests and integration tests, ensuring code reliability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

Next.js: Demonstrated experience building production applications with Next.js. TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript. Tailwind CSS: Experience using Tailwind CSS for developing responsive and modern UIs. Wagtail & Python: Practical knowledge working with Wagtail for content management and Python for backend integration. Accessibility & SEO: Ability to create accessible components and optimize components for search engines. CMS Migration: Proven understanding of CMS systems migration and integration strategies. Testing: Experience writing high-quality unit and integration tests using industry-standard testing frameworks.

Nice-to-Have

Sitecore: Familiarity with Sitecore and its ecosystem. Functional Programming: Experience or interest in functional programming paradigms.
